1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Wedding Nanny Hub ("the Platform"), operated by Tech Events Ltd (company number 15911892, registered office: Suite 2, St Matthews House, Haugh Lane Industrial Estate, Hexham, NE46 3PU), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Wedding Nanny Hub is a marketplace connecting families seeking wedding day childcare ("Seekers") with childcare providers ("Providers"). We facilitate introductions but are not a party to any arrangement made between Seekers and Providers.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.

4. Provider Responsibilities

Providers must ensure all documents and qualifications submitted are genuine and current. Providers are responsible for their own tax affairs, insurance, and compliance with relevant childcare regulations.

5. Seeker Responsibilities

Seekers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence when selecting a provider. While we verify documents, we cannot guarantee the suitability of any provider for your specific needs.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription fees are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent our payment systems
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content

8. Limitation of Liability

Wedding Nanny Hub acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for the actions, conduct, or quality of service provided by any Provider. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
