Our Verification Process
ID Verified
Every provider completes identity verification through our partner didit.me, which includes email, phone, and government-issued ID checks. Results are reviewed by our team.
DBS Checked
We require an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate. This is the standard check for anyone working with children in the UK.
First Aid Certified
Nannies with current paediatric first aid certificates earn an additional badge, giving you extra peace of mind.
What the Badges Mean
When browsing providers, you'll see verification badges on their profiles. A provider becomes "Verified" when both their identity verification and DBS certificate have been reviewed and approved by our team.
Gold providers have an additional gold badge indicating they subscribe to our premium tier, which includes enhanced visibility and the ability to proactively reach out to families.
